Chicago Attorney Brianna Schroeder has joined Indianapolis based Janzen Agricultural Law LLC.
December 7, 2015, Indianapolis, Indiana – Attorney Brianna J. Schroeder, formerly an associate at the Chicago office of Wilson Elser, has joined Janzen Agricultural Law LLC. Brianna was previously an attorney with Indianapolis law firm of Plews Shadley Racher & Braun LLP.
Regarding her decision to join Janzen Agricultural Law, Brianna stated, “After practicing law with a large Chicago-based firm, I decided I wanted to get back to my roots and work with farmers and agribusinesses. I grew up in rural Indiana on old family farm. Farming was a part of my upbringing, and I am excited to focus my career on helping those clients that provide food for our growing world.”
Brianna has diverse experience litigating complex environmental and business litigation matters as well as drafting and negotiating contracts. She has represented turkey and dairy farmers in Right to Farm Act cases, assisted small businesses with employment law compliance, and contract drafting and negotiations.
