Brianna Schroeder will speak at the Indiana Farm Bureau Land Use and Zoning School, addressing one of the biggest challenges seen in Indiana and the Midwest – increasing competition for land and resources, especially in rural areas. Schroeder said this competition is seen in higher numbers as lo­cal boards consider land use issues such as data cen­ters, renewable energy, and digesters.
